​Hey Newbie!

Welcome to CACI! I'm Josh, your supervisor, I've been working here for a few years now, and I love it here.  It's a really rewarding job, and I'm sure after your first few clients (the first ones are always the hardest) you'll begin to love it too!

 

Anyhow, I saw that your first client is His Excellency LeSnoot, tough break man, tough break!   LeSnoot is one of our pickiest clients. Lucky for you, I've worked with LeSnoot tons of times and I have a pretty good idea of what he's looking for.  Since it's your first day on the job I'll give you some pointers:

 

• He may seem angry now, but once you prove to him that you know your stuff, you're in the clear.

• When you respond to him, stroke his ego a little bit (that's why I address him as "His Excellency").

• Whatever you do, don't rush through your choices, make sure you can back up your selections with facts! 

• He is really interested in the Minimalism artistic movement lately (took place in the good ole' USA in the 60's and 70's.)

You should definitely look at all the artists I mentioned above, those are his favorite artists, so you should definitely be familiar with all of them.  Pick two to really delve into, make sure you're an expert (because he's ACTUALLY an expert, and will definitely call you out on any information that is lacking or wrong).
